Dr. Henry Gouk

Dr Henry Gouk is a Lecturer in Machine Learning and Royal Academy of Engineering Research Fellow in the School of Informatics at University of Edinburgh. His research focuses on verifiable machine learning methods for producing models with guarantees on robustness to distribution shifts, adversarial interference, and overfitting. He has a particular interest in applying these methods to problems in visual perception and planning for mobile robotics, where one also faces constraints on computational resources.
