Visit by the US Office of Naval Research Global (ONR-G)

The Centre is delighted to be hosting a short visit by the US Office of Naval Research Global (ONR-G) Technical Director Dr Patricia Gruber and her colleague Dr Deji Coker, Associate Director.

ONR-G fund collaborations with US laboratories and groups through travel grants and other forms of seed corn funding. They also sponsor events such as conferences as part of their world-wide technology watch and awareness.

In former roles Dr Gruber has been ONR Director of Research in Washington , VP Maritime Systems at Battelle and Deputy Director of the Applied Research Lab at Penn State

We will have an informal seminar on the work of ONR-G and will present any of our own activities of interest.
